Trade Mark as well as Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals of the National Contest THE BRAND OF THE YEAR are patented marks. All the winners use the marks exclusively.

 

Contest Logo is the sign of victory in the Consumer nominations. It is eligible for registration since October 28, 2002.

Winner»s identification marks of the Professional Contest THE BRAND OF THE YEAR are:

  1. Images of Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals of the Professional Contest THE BRAND OF THE YEAR;
  2. Logo of the Professional Contest THE BRAND OF THE YEAR;
  3. Wording of the status of the winner and finalist of the Professional Contest THE BRAND OF THE YEAR with nomination and commodity group indicated. The wording corresponds to that stated in the diploma of the winner and finalist.

Trade Mark of the Contest THE BRAND OF THE YEAR as well as Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals are patented marks. All the winners use the marks exclusively. Contest Logo is the sign of victory in Contest nominations. It is eligible for registration. Contest Medal is a mandatory attribute of winning Contest Professional nominations. The basic medal element — THE BRAND OF THE YEAR logo — is protected under patent law within trade mark; design and appearance are protected as industrial standard.

The Steering Committee provides absolute registrability of the identification marks. This enables the winners to use the marks exclusively  

 

Right of using winner»s identification marks of the Professional Contest THE BRAND OF THE YEAR

 

1.1. Gold, Silver and Bronze medals holders - winners of the Professional nominations and special statuses holders — gain the right to use the images of these medals.

1.2. The right to use THE BRAND OF THE YEAR logo is granted to the winners of the Consumer nominations — leaders of ratings in recognition and preference within commodity groups who have participated in the Contest by the Steering Committee»s resolution and who have been declared the winners by the International Jury»s resolution. 

1.3. The winners and finalists of the Professional and Consumer nominations are entitled to use the wording of winner and finalist status of the National Contest THE BRAND OF THE YEAR.
