Consumer Nominations Winners 2003
In consumer nominations within commodity groups there were defined: - The Most Popular Brand, i.e. there were defined the most recognized brands on the basis of the spontaneous recognition — the most reliable and objective method to define the brands» recognition. Without any list being submitted the consumers themselves named the most popular brands.
- The Most Preferred Brand. The consumers were not provided with a list either. They named their most preferred trademarks of the home and foreign manufacturers.
- Brand Republic Patrimony. The consumers name the domestic brands that, under their opinion, represent our country in the most esteemed manner and that form its image.
The Jury«s decision in each commodity group nomination was based on the comparison between the percentage of the leading brands» recognition and preferences and the level of ignorance and of preference vagueness which might reveal low brand awareness among consumers, and, consequently, low brand competition.
